Problem Note 45810: Baseline offset correction factor not applied in optimization

When optimizing plans in SAS® High-Performance Markdown Optimization, you might notice that the baseline correction factor is not applied. When you specify the model specification USE_BASELINE_CF=1, the baseline correction is incorrectly not applied in optimization.
There is no workaround for this issue.
